Lee is a highly experienced and respected dog trainer with over 15 years of running his own dog training business. Known for his relaxed, down-to-earth teaching style and relationship-focused approach, he has supported countless owners and trainers in developing partnerships with their dogs. His methods are rooted in understanding, empathy, and the belief that great training starts with great communication.

Before co-founding The Dog Trainer School, Lee assessed and instructed thousands of positive reinforcement-based trainers across the UK. His ability to make training accessible, practical, and enjoyable has earned him a reputation as a trusted expert. Now, as part of The Dog Trainer School, he’s committed to helping the next generation of trainers grow in confidence

Alongside his teaching, Lee continues to run his thriving local training business, offering 1:1 sessions and group classes for dogs of all ages and temperaments. Whether he’s working with puppies, reactive dogs, or nervous owners, Lee’s calm and thoughtful approach ensures that every session builds trust, confidence, and lasting results.

Adrienne Wisok

MS, CVT, KPA-CTP (USA)

Adrienne is a highly qualified veterinary technician and accomplished dog trainer with over 23 years of experience in search and rescue (SAR) and canine behaviour. Her work blends scientific expertise with a deep understanding of the human–dog connection, making her a sought-after educator and mentor in the field.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in molecular biology and becoming a certified veterinary technician, Adrienne followed her passion for SAR and certified her first dog in wilderness air scent search in 2001. Her commitment to advancing canine science led her to complete a master’s degree in neuroscience from UCLA and another in service dog training from Bergin University, where she also served as interim Dean.

As co-founder of K9 Translations in Michigan, Adrienne specialises in scent detection and SAR sports, teaching with a focus on inclusivity and accessibility for reactive and sensitive dogs. Through her courses, she empowers handlers to build confidence, trust, and teamwork with their dogs while maintaining welfare-centred, evidence-based practices.
